We describe the services we offer and the kind of work we do. Descriptions are there to help you understand the job, not to form a contract. Every property is different, and what a job actually needs is settled after we have looked at it.
Prices and quotes
Nothing on this site is a fixed price or a binding offer. Any figure we discuss becomes a quote only when we put it in writing for your specific job, and a quote can change if what we find on site differs from what was described.
Contacting us through the site
Sending a form does not create an agreement between us, and it does not book anything. It starts a conversation. We will get back to you, and anything we agree will be confirmed directly.
Please give us accurate details. If we call the wrong number or drive to the wrong address, that costs us both time.
Photographs and content
The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to MN Paint Pros. Photographs of completed work show jobs we have carried out. Please do not copy them for your own website or listings.

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says or does.
